4 cups of water
3 oz. Piloncillo/ Panela (about 1/3 cup)
1/2 stick of Mexican Cinnamon
4 tablespoons of ground coffee (Mexican coffee if possible)
1. In a medium saucepan, place water, cinnamon, and Piloncillo. Turn heat up until Piloncillo dissolves.
2. Add coffee when water starts to boil, turn off heat and stir.
3. Cover the pot and let steep for 5 minutes.
4. Pour through a strainer and serve.
