Piloncillo/ Panela (about 1/3 cup) 1/2 stick of Mexican Cinnamon 4 tablespoons of ground coffee (Mexican coffee if possible) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a medium saucepan, place water, cinnamon, and Piloncillo. Turn heat up until Piloncillo dissolves. 2. Add coffee when water starts to boil, turn off heat and stir. 3.
